::vintage kitchen::

I mentioned before my newfound love of swapping. It’s just so much swappin’ fun. So I have decided to host my own swap ::vintage kitchen:: over at swap-bot. Here’s the “rules”:

I love vintage kitchen goodies, and I think it would be great fun to swap the following items:

1 vintage cookbook

2 vintage kitchen items (glassware, tea towels, pyrex, whatever vintage-kitchen-goodie you think your partner would enjoy).

For this swap you will send the (above) three items (or more, if you so desire) to ONE partner. The items should be valued at about $25.00.

Because everyone’s (vintage) kitchen is different, participants should leave a comment (or link to photos) about (of) their kitchen (colors, items they collect, and so on).

This swap is not about getting rid of unused items in your kitchen, it is about the enjoyment of seeking vintage kitchen treasures that will make your partner smile. And, remember, vintage does not mean last years Christmas gift(unless of course it happened to be lovely copy of James Beard’s Fireside Cookbook or polka-dot Pyrex).

Restrictions: this is a US swap only (sorry to those overseas, but this is my first time hosting a swap). All swappers must have a rating of 4.8 or above. Newbies will be considered if they have a completed profile, and send me a PM letting me know (how much) they want to join.

If your interested head on over to swap-bot, register, and search for ::vintage kitchen::

And, on the subject of vintage fun, FleaFlyFlo has set a date it plans to go live - May 26th - hooray!
